At the Journalisten Akademie der Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung, Patricio Farrell was trained how to tell stories and explain complex matters engagingly. A joint project about the twentieth anniversary of the Mauerfall was honored as an outstanding contribution at the Axel-Springer-Preis.

Furthermore, he hosted a discussion with Steffen Seibert, Angela Merkel's press secretary. Different media published his work, for example:
